Afstudeerstage Learning&Development

Een afstudeerstage Learning & Development bij Planon biedt jou de kans om van dichtbij te ervaren hoe leren en ontwikkelen wordt vormgegeven binnen een internationale softwareorganisatie. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen maak je actief deel uit van het Global Learning team en werk je mee aan het verbeteren en vernieuwen van onze online onboarding‑ en trainingstrajecten. Zo zul je onderzoeken hoe leerinterventies effectiever, interactiever en innovatiever kunnen worden ingericht.

Tijdens deze afstudeerstage doe je praktijkervaring op met uiteenlopende L&D‑vraagstukken, zoals onboarding, trainingseffectiviteit en learning innovation binnen een internationaal opererend softwarebedrijf. Je krijgt inzicht in hoe digitale leeroplossingen worden ontwikkeld en ingezet, ondersteunt bij bestaande induction courses (gericht opnieuwe collega’s) en biedt een onderbouwd advies of productvoorstel voor vernieuwing. Zo lever je een concrete bijdrage aan de doorontwikkeling van onze Global Learning aanpak.

Als stagiair(e) speel je een actieve rol binnen het Global Learning team, dat verantwoordelijk is voor de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van trainingen en onboarding voor medewerkers en klanten wereldwijd. Je maakt écht onderdeel uit van het team, krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig taken op te pakken en wordt aangemoedigd om met een frisse blik bestaande processen te bevragen. Er is veel aandacht voor samenwerking, kennisdeling en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

Tijdens je stage houd jij je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het onderzoeken van de effectiviteit van online induction trainingen.
  • Het uitvoeren van een behoefteanalyse gericht op betrokkenheid, interactie en leerimpact.
  • Het meedenken over en uitwerken van innovaties binnen online learning en onboarding.
  • Het ondersteunen en adviseren bij de induction course voor nieuwe collega’s.
  • Het opleveren van een concreet advies, verbeterplan en/of leerproduct.

Je loopt stage in het kader van je afstuderen en werkt gedurende je stageperiode (bij voorkeur) 4 tot 5 dagen per week, startend in september 2026.

Deze afstudeerstage vindt plaats vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen en is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Binnen Planon werken collega’s hybride, maar er wordt ook graag samengewerkt op kantoor. Je maakt deel uit van het Global Learning team, bestaande uit circa 5 collega’s. Je werkt samen met ervaren learning professionals en ontvangt begeleiding van een vaste stagebegeleider binnen het team.

Profile

  • Je bent een 4de‑jaars hbo‑ of wo‑student, of masterstudent en bevind je in de afstudeerfase.
  • Je volgt een opleiding zoals Onderwijskunde, Learning & Development of Opleidingskunde.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands én Engels. Je stemt je boodschap af op de doelgroep, durft vragen te stellen bij onduidelijkheden en zorgt dat afspraken en informatie voor iedereen duidelijk zijn.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en proactief: je pakt taken zonder constante aansturing op, signaleert zelf knelpunten of verbeterkansen en komt met concrete voorstellen. Je neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen voor te leggen of acties te starten wanneer dat nodig is.

These are the steps of our onboarding process:

  1. You will receive a welcome letter with information about your first working day.
  2. Your manager will welcome you on your first day and give you a tour of the office.
  3. You will collect your laptop and other assets from IT and visit HR to finalize the administrative onboarding.
  4. You follow the three-day online induction course by the Planon Academy.
  5. Once your probation period ends, your manager discusses the continuation of the employment contract with you.
