Account Manager Inside Sales

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you help our sales team run smoothly and ensure customers receive a seamless experience. Your work enables Account Managers to focus on building relationships and growing the business, while you take care of the operational details that keep sales processes moving.

You will work closely with one or two Account Managers as a true team and act as the operational point of contact for your customers. You will see your impact every day, whether through smoother processes, stronger follow-up, accurate documentation or customers who get the support they need.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare quotes, manage renewals and keep Salesforce accurate, complete and up to date.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-up between Account Managers, internal teams and customers.
  • Advise customers and colleagues on licensing models and make sure the right information is available when decisions need to be made.
  • Handle security qualification forms, bid documentation and related customer documents in a complete and compliant way.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for customers, taking co-ownership of the relationship together with the Account Manager.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and suggest practical improvements that help the sales team work more efficiently.

Profile

You'll be successful in this role if you enjoy working in a dynamic sales environment, collaborating with different stakeholders and bringing structure to commercial processes.

  • Experience in inside sales, sales support, sales coordination or a similar commercial support role.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to coordinate activities and follow-up in a structured and reliable way.
  • A proactive approach to improving processes, information flow and collaboration.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a clear overview.
  • Attention to detail when working with CRM data, documentation and customer-facing processes.

We offer

Salary range: €3,300 – €4,945 gross per month, depending on experience.

These are the steps of our onboarding process:

  5. Once your probation period ends, your manager discusses the continuation of the employment contract with you.
