Brian Smith

Brian brings more than 15 years of experience to his role as Services Director for Planon North America. For the past eight years he has been responsible for leading Planon’s project management and implementation teams in the successful delivery of Planon’s software products to U.S. and Canadian clients.

Brian builds partnerships with our clients, guides the implementation process, and ensures that the go-live is successful, on time, and within budget.

Prior to joining Planon, Brian worked as a (Senior) Implementation Consultant for TradeStone Software and WMSI. Between 2003 and 2008 he worked for his own company called Blueprint Technology Inc. Blueprint provided IT solutions and system support services for mid-sized and small businesses, educational and financial institutions, and non-profit organizations.
