February 23, 2021 – The California State University Long Beach’s facilities organization, Beach Building Services, has partnered with Planon to develop an executive dashboard displaying metrics that align university vision and strategic missions with underlying facilities operational processes.
The metrics, created for University President Jane Conoley, leverage real time data designed to optimize transparency and provide insight into the performance of the facilities organization, and are presented in a dashboard format in the Planon Integrated Work Management System (IWMS). Metrics include customer satisfaction, allocation of work requested by colleges within the university, and cost of major capital projects on campus.
