When employees returned to the office after COVID, the focus shifted to user experience, with solutions such as desk booking, meeting room management and an intelligent ticketing system. Thanks to IoT sensors and interactive kiosks, HERE now benefits from real-time insights and an improved workplace experience.
The collaboration with Planon, supported by best practices and agile ways of working, resulted in greater control, higher employee satisfaction and more strategic, data-driven decision-making. In addition, the system now also supports ESG reporting for stakeholders.
