Jens: Over the past six months, I had an amazing internship with the Support department at Planon. I interned there for my third year of the Business Administration program at HAN. After starting in September, I quickly felt at home in the department. The Support team has a very open and professional attitude, making it the perfect place to learn!

Thanks to my colleagues, I had a very pleasant experience during my internship and was able to implement significant changes within Planon Support. Profile

You will be part of a team of over 20 Support Consultants and will be the first point of contact for global accounts, international partners, and colleagues around the world to answer questions about Planon software. These inquiries can be both functional and technical. More than 95% of all tickets are resolved within the unit. We closely collaborate with the Development department, which is responsible for all software changes.

What will you do? Planon Support needs to update the existing process documentation and capture it in a tool (Confluence). You will work on this in collaboration with the specialists from the department. The goal is to make work agreements more transparent and to support further developments of the Support team in both the Netherlands and India. There is an increase in the product solutions that Planon delivers to the market and developments in the various types of Support the department provides. Furthermore, we want to establish and clarify a clear relationship between the processes and our KPIs.

You meet the following criteria:

  • You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) Informatics or a related field;
  • Affinity with IT;
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages;
  • You have an open personality, are analytical, customer-focused, and can work independently;
  • You are interested in working within an ambitious and international organization
