In the role of Change Management (Information Management Specialist) at Planon, you are not just managing change; you are reshaping our future. Collaborating closely with business owners, local process experts, and end-users, you will be instrumental in devising solutions that not only fit our needs but also propel our growth. Your role is vital in ensuring that these solutions are not only adopted but also fully integrated into our operations, making the changes enduring and impactful. Your innovative approach to synergizing and standardizing our core processes and technologies is what will drive our organization forward.

What You'll Do:

Lead transformative projects, focusing on implementing improvements and involving stakeholders in the change process.
Foster acceptance, train stakeholders, and integrate changes into daily operations.
Work within a board-approved roadmap, aligning with our strategic, tactical, and operational objectives through analysis, requirement definition, design, development, and implementation. Succeed as an IM Specialist by:

• Ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant project delivery, with a focus on user adoption and ownership. Advising management on cost-efficient information system usage.
• Translating business process information needs into system provisions and potential impacts.
• Contributing to the definition of internal information systems architecture, balancing business desires, needs, and visions.
• Continuously improving our business processes and systems for greater effectiveness and efficiency. Preparing analyses for management to evaluate the financial feasibility and necessity of improvements.

We're seeking change-makers who:

• Are energized by challenges and dedicated to connecting people and optimizing processes.
• Have 3 - 5 years of experience in organization-wide or chain-wide change projects, or relevant line management experience.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of process management and improvement techniques.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, including training and persuasive reasoning abilities.
• Are proactive, embodying the spirit of change.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, creative, and empathetic skills.
• Have outstanding proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
