Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will oversee clients and monitor relevant developments. You will manage resources and timelines, participate in client workshops with implementation consultants, and handle situations with conflicting interests and changing goals. Your influencing skills and understanding of customer needs will help maintain process flow, facilitate business, define roadmaps, and ensure accurate steps. You'll also coach younger colleagues, show professionalism, and drive continuous improvement.

You will fulfill your role by:

• Leading a project team to deliver billable system implementation services for both new and existing clients.
• Setting up project plans and resource planning, managing projects in areas such as budget, scope, risk, change, and configuration.
• Reporting on the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the project, both internally and to the customer.
• Acting as a business partner to the customer and managing regular project meetings and stakeholder meetings.
• Improving the quality of your team by maintaining the process flow, defining roadmaps, and ensuring the correct process sequence.
• Handling pre-project tasks, such as collaborating with Sales, managing POC, coordinating estimates from a resource and budget perspective, and driving pre-initiatives.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

• Minimum of 8 years as a Project Manager, with experience in software implementations life cycle or consulting (e.g., ERP).
• Having experience in project portfolio and flexible to handled multiple/one or more project assignments.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prince2, PMP, IPMA, or similar certification is advantageous.
• Analytical, hands-on, and customer focused.
• Result-oriented, eager, solution-minded, and risk-taker.
• Fluent in French and English (additional European languages are a plus).
