License Validator (Part-time 0,7 FTE)

Function

Planon is a software company. Our core business is to sell software licenses and make them available for our customers. The Global Orderdesk is the center where we deliver and keep track of all the active licenses.
The License Validator is part of the Global Orderdesk and is an expert on the processes and systems related to License Holders, License(key)s and defined requirements for order validation. The License Validator contributes to the continuous improvement of the related processes and is responsible for an up-to-date and compliant administration. The License Validator is process owner of all Orderdesk related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Up-to-date and compliant License Holder administration
• Up-to-date and compliant license(key) (order)administration
• Adequate support and up-to-date knowledge of systems and processes
• Up to date instructions for all Orderdesk activities
• Generate suggestions for and maintain efficient processes
• Compliant validation of incoming orders

Key Activities

• Operational setup and maintenance of License Holder administration
• Operational setup and maintenance of license(key) (order)administration and the delivery/revoking thereof
• Operational support on all questions related to (the delivery of) license(key)s
• Continuous contribution to (process)improvements related to the license(key) (order)administration
• Validation of license-related orders
• Global validation of incoming orders in accordance with defined requirements

Profile

You are a real team player who show’s initiative and can operate standalone within the companies’ guidelines. You are a proactive communicator toward your internal stakeholders. In addition to the ‘hard facts’, you bring a healthy dose of humor and sufficient flexibility to face our colorful system landscape and the challenges that come with it.

Our ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• Relevant working experience in an dynamic commercial environment
• Experience with order processing, contract management and relevant systems such as Planon, Salesforce or CRM
• You have strong administrative and organizational skills, set priorities and you are used to working with deadlines
• You work independently and accurately and are persistent and convincing, but also service oriented
• You have (near) native speaking and writing skills in English. If you also have Dutch, French or German language skills, then you are our rising star
• You strive for continuous improvement and process optimization, you have an enthusiastic and drive attitude and are a customer-aware team player
