As a UX Designer, you will shape digital experiences for enterprise software used by customers around the globe. You will translate user needs and complex business challenges into clear, intuitive, and engaging product experiences, while exploring how AI enabled capabilities can make workflows smarter, more transparent and easier to use. You will work closely with customers, product managers, product owners, developers, architects, and fellow UX designers. Through customer interviews, research, workshops, and usability testing, you will help ensure that design decisions are grounded in real user needs and aligned with Planon’s UX standards.
