As an International Inside Sales, your main focus is to support key account managers & new business members in your own team by processing customer information requests, keeping our CRM (Salesforce) up to date, preparing account plans and following up on quotations, working on new business bids, and proactively contributing to team objectives. You make a real impact on the customer relationship, especially by helping your sales colleagues manage their customers and prospects.



You successfully fulfil your role by:

  • Proactively support the Key Account Managers & New Business members in your team;
  • Be the ‘go to’ person for the sales team;
  • Providing initiative-taking/creative input during sales actions and team plans;
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails;
  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Keep track of relevant customer data and market developments
    Process information requests and quotations;
  • Maintain and expand our CRM system;
  • Preparation of tenders as a member of the bid-team.
