Sales Operations Specialist and Proposal Writer

As a Proposal Writer & Sales Support Specialist, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end RFP processes and provide vital operational support to our sales team—perfect for someone eager to embrace challenges and make meaningful contributions.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will have two core focus areas: managing end-to-end RFP processes and providing operational support to the sales team. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure effective proposal creation and seamless support for our growing business.
RFP Management
- Serve as a primary contact for prospective customers during the bid process, organizing and leading Bid Go/No Go meetings, proposal updates, and review sessions.
- Oversee the entire RFP process, including assessing requirements, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), gathering materials, drafting and editing responses, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Continuously refine and update proposal materials based on product enhancements, partnerships, and evolving customer requirements.
Sales Support
- Partner with Sales Executives and existing business Account Managers to create business materials, assist in deal closure, and provide operational support throughout the sales process.
- Maintain and organize up-to-date information in corporate proposal systems and the team library, while generating sales metrics and reports to support informed decision-making.
Profil

- 1-3 years of experience in RFP management, proposal writing, or a related field, with a passion for creating high-quality content.
- Strong communication, writing, and editing skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment, with a proven ability to multitask and switch between contexts efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with familiarity in proposal or bid management tools.
- Eager to learn, adapt quickly to new challenges, and contribute to business success.
