International Application Manager

Develop and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial customer relationships by understanding and translating business requirements, while providing support and guidance on day-to-day challenges.

Planon International is expanding and seeking an additional Application Manager. If you have experience in application support and are eager to join a flexible, international team that partners with leading global brands, we would love to hear from you!

As an Application Manager, your primary role is to deliver value by maintaining the application and providing expert support and guidance to customers on functionalities, processes, and new solutions. You achieve this by working closely with customers to assess and refine requirements, address inquiries and change requests, and develop and implement effective solutions.

No matter whether you are working on site with a client, from our office or at home, flexibility and teamwork is crucial.  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer-journey consistency;
• Ensure continuous professional service and communication;
• Identify and challenge business requirements;
• Manage upgrade projects;
• Identify and follow through on upsell opportunities.

Profiel

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

• A completed bachelor's degree;
• Proven support and/ or application management skills with a commercial attitude;
• Analytical, hands-on and customer oriented;
• Fluent in English and Dutch with excellent communication skills and German is a plus.
