Become part of our Finance Team and play a crucial role in increasing efficiency and ensuring a smooth day-to-day finance operation. The position is permanent and this is a new role to join our team. As a Credit Controller you will primarily focus on managing and billing our customer contracts within the DACH region.

Function

As Credit Controller (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the entire implementation and monitoring of contract and project management as well as invoicing and dunning. You will work closely with our sales and service departments in a mutually supportive manner.

Your tasks with us:

• Contacting customers, following up on discrepancies and reporting on outstanding receivables
• Maintaining and managing customer master data, contracts and projects
• Proactive use of reports to minimize overdue/delayed activities
• Timely and accurate processing of orders into executable contracts and project preparations
• Understanding and proactively responding to details and risks in customer contracts and orders
• Billing of projects and contracts
• First-line support for daily requests from internal and external stakeholders

What you bring with you:

• Ideally a Bachelor's degree or completed commercial vocational training
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Basic understanding of invoicing and dunning processes
• A good understanding of contract and project management
• As part of the Credit to Cash process we use the SFDC platform (SalesForce, FinancialForce and Billing Central), Exact and Trust-it. A definite plus if you have already worked with one of these applications
• You are fluent in German and have a professional command of written and spoken English
• You are well organized and know how to prioritize
