Are you ready to lead a fun and energetic team? As a Manager Services, you will be at the helm of our Services team based in Mechelen, driving client projects and expanding our business with the support of the Belgian project team.
The Manager Services is responsible for a services team within a Business Area. The successful candidate will focus on the successful implementation of our solutions and performance of life-cycle services for customers in the specified area, respecting the defined solution matrix, within scope and budget. The Manager Services will enable each team member’s potential to grow in his or her role and coach them towards professional success.

You successfully fulfill your role by:

  • overseeing all business activities in Belgium/Luxembourg by actively working together with the manager sales and the regional management team
  • participate in the governance of our projects
  • forecasting and achieve the financial targets for the team
  • developing and coaching your team
  • drive locally and in collaboration with our global HR team, the recruitment of new colleagues
  • Initiate and support activities related to your teams’ wellbeing as happy employees will lead to happy customers
  • Ensuring overall quality of Services to our customers according to contracts and SLA’s.
  • Achieving innovation in Services through continuous improvement

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria*:

  • A relevant college / university degree or equivalent in years' experience;
  • At least 5 years’ work experience in a management position;
  • Experience in software implementations, software consulting or Facility Management;
  • Experience in successfully managing different teams and working closely with other regions;
  • Able to perform under pressure and manage escalations or conflicts of interest constructively;
  • Fluent in English and French, any additional European language is a plus.
