16 June 2014 - Banque de Luxembourg has selected Planon's Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) to help centralise several business support departments across the organisation. This new integrated approach will enable the bank to manage all facility contracts, end-user requests and workplaces in an efficient and effective way.
The recent centralisation of all business support activities fuelled the organisation's need for a common software solution that supports this new way of integrated processing of services. After a thorough evaluation, Banque de Luxembourg selected Planon Accelerator, a ready to use best practice that includes standardised processes for Real Estate, Space & Workplace, Maintenance, Integrated Services and Sustainability Management. This new solution allows Banque de Luxembourg to increase the quality of business support services, driving employee satisfaction, productivity and cost efficiency in one go.
Planon Accelerator will be used to manage all technical, regulatory and administrative contracts, which are currently managed manually. The software also allows end-users to create and track requests for assistance of any type of support service. Work requests are not only processed by Planon's software, they are also available on mobile devices for field engineers. Additionally, the software will be used to book workplaces and meeting rooms more efficiently.
“It is great to see how Banque de Luxembourg uses the Planon solutions to align and integrate her employee services with the core business goals”, says Pierre Guelen, CEO and founder of the Planon group.
Banque de Luxembourg is one of the most important financial institutions in Luxembourg. The bank employs 800 people across branches in Luxembourg and Belgium. Planon has several other clients in the financial industry, including PGGM, UniCredit, BB&T and European Stability Mechanism.
