Meewerkstage backend development (Java) - HBO

Vanaf februari 2027 bouw je mee aan software binnen één van de grootste softwareleveranciers van Nederland. Je werkt aan uitdagende ontwikkelvraagstukken en draagt bij aan oplossingen die wereldwijd worden gebruikt. Samen met ervaren developers leer je de praktijk écht kennen, ontdek je nieuwe technieken en ontwikkel je jezelf verder tot softwareontwikkelaar.

Elke reis begint met een eerste stap. Planon biedt jou een brede mogelijkheden om unieke en waardevolle ervaringen op te doen voor de toekomst. Tijdens deze meewerkstage maak je deel uit van het Product Development Team en werk je samen met ervaren developers aan uiteenlopende softwareoplossingen. Je denkt mee over technische vraagstukken, ontwikkelt nieuwe functionaliteiten en draagt bij aan de doorontwikkeling van ons softwareproduct. Daarbij krijg je de kans om verschillende onderdelen van het ontwikkelproces te ontdekken en te leren van collega's met uiteenlopende expertises. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf tot softwareontwikkelaar binnen een internationale werkomgeving. Als backend development stagiair ga jij aan de slag met:

  • leren, ontwikkelen én kennismaken met het bedrijfsleven;
  • ontwikkelen van nieuwe functionaliteiten binnen het softwareproduct van Planon.
  • analyseren van technische vraagstukken en vertalen naar slimme softwareoplossingen.
  • samenwerken met developers, product owners en andere specialisten binnen een scrumteam.
  • bijdragen aan softwareprojecten die direct impact hebben op onze klanten.

Deze stage vindt plaats vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Nijmegen, dat goed is te bereiken met het OV. Onze collega’s werken hybride maar komen ook graag naar kantoor, ons ‘groen’ clubhuis waar verschillende culturen bij elkaar komen. Tijdens je stage draai je volop mee in een Produxt development team en werk je samen met developers, een Product Owner en andere specialisten. De sfeer is open en informeel: collega’s delen graag hun kennis, helpen elkaar en er is volop ruimte voor jouw vragen en ideeën. Natuurlijk sta je er niet alleen voor. Een Lead Architect begeleid je gedurende je stage en helpt je om zowel technisch als persoonlijk verder te groeien.

Profile

Maak kennis met het bedrijfsleven terwijl je werkt aan je persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Dat kan bij Planon, en wij helpen je daar graag bij. Wij leren van jou en jij leert van ons. Voor deze meewerkstage neem jij het volgende mee;

  • je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding Informatica, Software Development, Toegepaste Wiskunde of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding.
  • in het Engels kun je goed communiceren; beheersing van het Nederlands is een pre.
  • programmeren in Java is voor jou bekend terrein en kennis van SQL is mooi meegenomen.
  • backend development spreekt je aan en je vindt het leuk om mee te bouwen aan software die écht wordt gebruikt.
  • samenwerken doe je graag: je deelt ideeën, stelt vragen en zoekt samen met collega’s naar oplossingen.

These are the steps of our onboarding process:

  1. You will receive a welcome letter with information about your first working day.
  2. Your manager will welcome you on your first day and give you a tour of the office.
  3. You will collect your laptop and other assets from IT and visit HR to finalise the administrative onboarding.
  4. You follow the three-day online induction course by the Planon Academy.
  5. After your probation period, your manager discusses the continuation of the employment contract with you.
